CP at I140 Filed AOS, please guide

PD 12/99, CP at I140, Filed AOS on 07/04, ND 08/10, FP 12/18.
Packet 3 was mailed to Chennai because of CP. Does it mean my 140 is sent to consulate and has to be called back. I had called NVC, still says paket3 mailed on May 2. Please advice what to do. Thanks

In my case, packet 3 send to my lawyer, and he (lawyer) say already send letter to consulate.
