got a rfe regarding "ability to pay" lawyer responded on 26 of oct. today morning LUD changed for 140 and 485. Finally the online message changed saying case transferred.

It a week that my lawyer sent the rfe reply, but there is no change in online message. Is this normal? BTW, the officer no is 256. anyone has the same officer no? Any inputs on this appreciated!

140 filed date-28 of feb 03 I got a Rfe on Ability to Pay.(Sep 15) My lawyer filed REF papers last week. So does the online message change once the uscis receives RFE ? How many days does it take to change the online message for 140 ?

The finger printing for me and my spouse expired. My 140 and 485 are pending too! 140 RD -02/28/03 RFE- 10/03/04...REPLIED...WAITING FOR APPROVAL. 485-04/03/03 FP-06/11/03. Shuld i fax TSC and let them know abt the expiration of FP. Does anyone know the fax number?

Well 140 RD is 28 of FEB Recd RFE (financial ability)on case first week of this month. Just hoping that the case would be approved fast once we submit the req paper work

Well i sent a inquiry in mid of june and got a RFE in first week of august. But right now they are proccessing feb march april cases...........as lot of cases with these receipt dates are being approved or receiving rfe`s. So wasnt sure whether the enquiry triggered the response from INS. RD...

The Delta airlines stops at Paris for 2 hours and they u have to change the terminal.U have to pass thru security screening when u do so.That is where they check ur passport for a valid visa. U need a transit visa if u do not have a valid visa stamp on passport........... I did not have one...

I travelled on A.P last month.I did take a transit visa for France (used delta airlines. so had a halt at Paris .France) While entering U.S, the officer looked at 485 receipt and AP.Then i had to go into some room nearby and they stamped the dates on it.Thants it........Nothing much to worry.

I went thru the I-140 docs that my lawyer filed. Dont see any financial documents attached. probably the RFE will be about financial. Lets see. BTW,will_get_there, wht is the R.D for your I-140?

bbcd, I got a RFE too, waiting for the letter. Ur`s too is a substituition labor like mine. I think the RFE would be on 1) education -if it does not match the labor used or 2)Company`s Financial ability to pay u. Let us know what the RFE abt, when u come to know.

still waiting for I-140 sent a enquiry........but no changes in the dates (latest update column) will be a month tommorow for the enquiry sent. yesterday the online messge changed to 400-450 days......... :mad: as of today it is appx 465 days that i filed the case ........ so...
