No Title Same thing with me..RFE was for 2 years earnings statement. I have sent last 60 pay slips. INS has received them on May 2..still no news...In my case I have always worked for the same company and the 60 payslips prove it..Just waiting for the approval..

No Title Refer to Immigration-law..The INS HQ has now clarified that BS + 5 comes under EB2 category..I dont know why VSC still considers your case as EB3
