RFE and transfer to Local Office !

Has any one been transferred to local office after satisfactorily replying to an RFE? For example RFE was to supply past 2 years\' earning statements and you have supplied this info to INS and still your case was transferred to the local office.

Please post. I would apreciate.

Was your case transferred to local office? Just curious since we had a similar RFE and still waiting.

No ! Not yet but I have seen so many cases being transferred to local offices these days. I want to know the reasons for that. No body has ever posted the reasons for case being transferred to local INS office for interview.

In my RFE they asked for past 2 years of earning statements and I supplied them with this info 2 weeks ago and waiting for INS response since then.

Same thing with me..RFE was for 2 years earnings statement. I have sent last 60 pay slips. INS has received them on May 2..still no news...In my case I have always worked for the same company and the 60 payslips prove it..Just waiting for the approval..
