My wife has received an RFE clearly asking her to complete the supplement to I693 for Immunization and send it back with the form I693 (which INS has sent with the RFE. There is a check box on the main form where the Dr has to say Immunization complete). I guess tINS is OK with other tests which were done last year. Is that right??

Yes you just have to complete immunization part and send it in and that\'s all. Was your wife not able to complete immunization when you sent in your records the first time??
