How are RFE responses sent back to INS? Hello: How are RFE responses sent back to the INS? Is there a separate mailing address? I heard that INS provides a blue envelope to enclose RFE responses. Any truth in that? Thanks mlmg

Hello: My RD is July 25, 2001. I had my fingerprints done on Dec. 9, 2001. The AVM still says "Fingerprints collected and pending review". What does this mean? I would have thought that by now the AVM would change to "Processing Resumed" Any thoughts? Thx
