Still do not get" Processing Resumed": RD July 25, 2001

Hello:

My RD is July 25, 2001. I had my fingerprints done on Dec. 9, 2001. The AVM still says "Fingerprints collected and pending review". What does this mean? I would have thought that by now the AVM would change to "Processing Resumed"

Any thoughts?

Do not worry. They do not update the AVM correctly.

Mine is the same RD as yours, and my message has remained at "..Dec 19th..Pending review" since Dec 19th.
But, I called the IIO and she said all the background checks are completed on 01.10.02 (AVM should have changed to Process Resumed).
AVM still remains ..Pending review.

YOu can call IIO and ask if all background checks have been completed. If yes, then AVM does not matter, you case is ready for assigning.

AVM still says the 975...999 days crap. Why do they even have a system if they don\'t plan on updating it consistently?
