Sorry , i should have been more clear with my statement , this is what my lawyer requested ( six paystubs , 3 years w2-1040 ) , the RFE did not specify any numbers , my bad.

My RFE is also from officer #69, This is the details i was asked to send: W2,1040 for last 3 years, last six paystubs,employment letter and two snaps of both my wife and I . My company was prompt enough to send all the details back to my attorney today and hopfully they will send it...

Gingibi, Don't worry it took 12 days for my RFE to reach my lawyer too, so yours is probably on the way too , we are the ones who tend to get things in slow motion in life :D

Toolongawait, Yes both mine and my wife status changed for the RFE , though for her the only thing they want are the photographs.

RFE recvd My lawyer sent me the RFE letter today , The RFE is for Employment letter and two photographs for me and my wife , hopefully will get it done soon and finally get the approval, will keep you posted.

Stuckntexas, My message changed from on Feb2 2003 we recvd to on Feb12 and the RFE message , hope this helps.

FP date we ( My wife and I ) had our FP done on jan 17 2003 but the date INS recvd it was Feb2 2003 .

Guys, Finally my message changed today, which now says on feb 12 we mailed you a notice requesting additional evidence or information on this case .....blah blah blah ..... The only good part is that i am with the same company doing the same job for the last 6 years now , so hopefully this...

Bajis , My friends first FP was in Nov2001 , but his wife got hers in Dec 2002 , my friend did his second FP in June 2003 .( He requested for the second FP as the first one had expired . just as an FYI , he never called up the TSC center and the even the FP request was done thru the attorney.

shiv, just as an FYI to use 245 , you should not have travelled outised the united states in your 485 status , because if you have , you cannot use the 245 .

Hi, I know that for London and Frankfurt you don't need a transit visa but i heard that you need one if you are passing thru Paris that is using Air France , but like Bajis said check with the Airline and they will tell you the right rule. Have a safe trip.
