    No Title My RFE was received by INS over 6 weeks. No news yet. I have seen so many in this board getting approved after 1/2 after the RFE. I guess it depends on luck.

    No Title saleem ahmed, I think you should go to NYC office in 3/4 weeks and check with them whether your file has been received by NYC INS and when they will schedule your interview. It might help. Good luck.

    Newark Transferees

    No Title I think you should go to the Newark INS office in person and enquire about your case. I have seen several posting that got interview notice within 2/3 months of transfer. Good luck...
