Dear All, Last september I asked about how long does it take to correct information in the EAD card. Now i got the answer. I waited for 5 months to get a corrected EAD card. Anyone has same experience. How long does it take for your EAD correction? Good luck. :D

Yes For what I heard one month ago. It is true. On Thursday, it opens only till noon. It is better don't go there on Monday or Thursday! Good Luck! :)

nell02 is right As long as your job responsibility is similiar to the original one, you will be safe. It doesn't matter how big is your comapny. I guess INS officers knew how bad the economy here right now.

My decision After talk to laywer. She confirmed that even I mail EAD card, I am still can retain my I-765 approved status. So I gave EAD card back to my laywer for the correction process. Laywer also told me that as long as I file my H1 extention, I can keep on working in the current. I will...

EAD and AP normally after 90 days of your I-765 ND, you can go to local INS office to have iEAD and for I-130 is 30 days after ND. Good Luck
