After how much time can i go & get EAD/AP from SJC?

Hi..All,


How much time should I wait before I go & try to get EAD/AP from the SJC INS office. ?

Can I show some valid reason, like, going out of the country etc. to get the AP?

EAD and AP

normally after 90 days of your I-765 ND, you can go to local INS office to have iEAD and for I-130 is 30 days after ND.

Can one walk into the INS office and get the AP by hand?

I went to the local INS office and they told me that my file is not with them. Do u thing they are lying?. Do u know any person who has walked into the INS and got his AP?.
