How long did it take for RFE to reach lawyer? HR, I am sorry, cant help you with your problem. But do you have an idea how long did it took for RFE to reach lawyer. Any correspondence from USCIS takes 2-3 days to reach me. But my RFE has not reached my lawyer since 5 working days now...

3 faxes, letters to senator => RFE I sent at least 3 faxes, letters to senators.. probably that inspired RFE within a month... mind you all.. this is total speculation.. my employer was a very small startup, so who knows whats why!!

Reply to Kulfi Nope.. no H1's. I was using EAD. It was a random RFE generation. They wouldnt have known. Lawyers have a tendency to say AC21 is required. Do not blindly believe the lawyers ;-) LOOKS LIKE NOT MANY PEOPLE HIRED THEIR OWN LAWYERS.. Not even a single reco so far!!!
