I scanned Feb 02 using desi-bartender's Anaconda scanner and here are some statistics

Approved 608 (22%)
Transferred 255 (9%)
Pending 1834 (66%)
Other 21 (<1%)
Missing 50 (<2%) among them 2 are mine and my wife's.

It means, they need at least 2 more months to finish the February cases, right?

Are you able to scan the wac 02-103 series?
If so, can we make any conclusion from the result?
Can we see how many 02-103 cases they have and how many got approved?

got response for my FAX inquire 1 month ago.

I am also in Feb. series.
July 1st, I got a FAX response from INS to my FAX inquire, some one handwrite following message in my inquire fax:

your I-45's are currectly with an officer for find adjustcation, you will be noticed when a final decision has been made.


do your guys got similar fax response?

Yes, I got the same response on 6/12/04, saying "please allow us sufficient time to adjudicate your I-485 application"....

Feb 02 include me?

I've always been a bit confused whether I'm in Feb or March with WAC 02 124. My RD is Feb 21, but my ND is Mar 2.

Got RFE on May 24th, replied on June 25th, till now no action on my cases.

this wait sucks..
 
All of our cases are long over due, and we still haven't seen any light yet

Although we saw some approval of older cases last week, it is far from enough, we still saw newer cases being approved everyday, many of them.

It might help to keep this issue of messy processing on the mind of people that can make a difference, keep emailing them once a week until you got approval.
 
My LUD changed recently from March 2002 to:

5/11 6/21 6/29 6/30 7/1

nothing happened yet, not even 2nd FP or REF :( :mad:

Approved 749 (27%) (up 23% from 10 days ago)
Transferred 266 (10%)
Pending 1684 (61%) (down 8% from 10 days ago)
Other 25 (<1%)
Missing 44 (<2%) among them 1 is my wife's.

approved 51 (25%) (up 6 from 10 days ago)
pending 112 (66%) (down 5 from 10 days ago)
transferred 12 (7%) (same as 10 days ago)
not found 2 (2%) (down 1 from 3 10 days ago because mine reappeared)

With these many pending cases, what in the world is CSC doing by keep moving JIT date forward??!!
 
can we separate RFE from pending

RUX,

can we separate RFE from pending cases and see if the numbers still remain high enough. That will also give insight into what percentage of applicants RFE's are requested.

I got RFE yesterday.
Details:
WAC 02-114-XXXX
Faxed thrice.. wrote letters to senator. Once got fax reply saying case os with an officer.
2nd FP Jan 03
LUD: 5/24, 6/21, 7/8, 7/9

I had changed jobs, so will have to file AC21 along with RFE. Waiting for RFE notice contents.

Any lawyer referrals in bay area appreciated.

Karma700 - I don't know if this will be of any use to you, but of all the pending cases, 95 are RFE received and 132 RFE sent.
This actually does not mean much because RFE received cases eventually end up in approved bucket.

Sunnybell - I can't post stats for any month other than Feb 02, this is the month for which I volunteered to do my share of Anaconda. I sent the full results to kashmir, who'll post the results once all volunteers return scan results.
