ccsp, Any update after your 2nd FP? I had my 2nd FP on 9/27 so we are pretty close. Forget the online system...mine always gave that error and never had any status on it... the few who had some updates are the ones that are not stuck in name check...

I got my 1st FP done in April 07 and was asked to come in for 2nd FP in Sep 08 because the first one expired after 15 months. Where did you hear about the quality issue on FP? I am in Dallas.

maxhan2, I am in the same situation as you except that my interview was in July 07 so I am in major, major depression. However, I did have my 2nd FP done in September 08. Does anyone know how long it takes after the 2nd FP to get an Oath letter? Do they do another namecheck after 2nd FP?

Yep, that's why we called them multiple times today. But, earlier, we would wait a week or 2 to call them back. And, had we believed the first officer's comment to wait until 6 months before contacting them?....what a waste of time...and unnecessary frustration.
