I am finally at the end of my ordeal with the BCIS. I got my "Welcome Notice" on Monday of this week. It says after approving your application your card was ordered and it will be mailed to me within the next 3 weeks. It all seem too good to be true 3 WEEKS!!!!!!! Well I will just wait and see...
