Nothing to worry
As long as you have valid H1 there is no need to worry about the VISA stamping. Visa required for entry only. After one year of expiry you can get it stamped before returning into the country(if you go outside). As long as you are in US you need valid H1 but VISA is not...
I believe your case got approved.
Since AVM has been updated on 14th Aug, I believe either your case got approved or another RFE got generated. I believe strongly the first one. Check with IIO.

Correction
My RD is 08-Sep-2001 and ND is 10-NOV-2001 and FP completed on 14-July-2002(That is correct on 14-July-2002).

Earlier I wrongly mentioned my RD as 01-Sep-2001.

The RD for an approval notice will be the ND from previous notice like I-485 Receipt Notice. I hope this helps.
INS uses the ND from previous notice as RD for the current notice if it is issued as a next step.:)
