Confusing AVM message!!Help.......

I got an RFE and the response was send on July 16 2002. INS received it on July 19 and the AVM message said "RFE response received on July 19..Blah......". But when I checked AVM yesterday the message said "RFE response received on August 14...blah......"

I checked with my lawyer and all the information requested was send in July

Does anyone know what this means

I believe your case got approved.

Since AVM has been updated on 14th Aug, I believe either your case got approved or another RFE got generated. I believe strongly the first one. Check with IIO.

thanks for the update, but.....

Will not the message say whatever the scenario is "Approved" or "RFE Issued". Thanks for saying that it might have been approved but I feel its RFE as I have not got an RFE for pay stubs etc which seems to be a common RFE these days!!!
