Non-RIR LC approved!
Hi, my LC finally got approved!
PD: Dec. 2002 from MA
Entered into DOL Oct. 6
My lawyer left a message for me yesterday told me that my LC was approved.
Best wishes for all of you!
Are you sure for non-RIR, they already processing November's files??? I have to say that the lady sometimes might be misleading us. My case entered the DOL system on Oct. 6, and I haven't heard anything yet!
bahadur007 and VJdude, have you heard anything about your cases? I think our cases...
Just keep your hope there!
I believe that your lawyer has a way to contact DOL. My lawyer contacted with them at least twice for my case. But even for my lawyer, the answer that she got each time was not consistant at all. I guess only the DOL knows what's going on there.
My case is...
Any Non-RIR approvals?
All the cases got approved from Boston DOL recently belong to RIR. Any non-RIR approval recently? Please post.
Anywhere to know the updated information for the current date of the PD? Is it progressing month by month? Thanks.
My case is still in Boston DOL
Hi:
My lawyer called the DOL and was confirmed that my case is still in DOL. But the lady at DOL could not tell her if my case will or will not transferred to NBC. They seem not quite sure about their future either!
My case was entered to DOL on Oct. 6. I'm...
It should be on the way, as I can image. Mine was forwarded from MA on Sep. 25, but it entered to DOL on Oct. 6. They are processing the Oct case right now from the processing time of immigration.com. So I think it's about the time now. I will post when I got anything from them.
I think the processing time from the immigration.com is quite accurate. You should ask your lawyer to contact DOL about you case. I believe the lawyers have their way to get touch with DOL. My lawyer contacted with them twice for me in Dec. 2004. Good luck!
It seems that all our pending cases will be or already be transferred to NPC.

Any way to track our status from NPC? Anybody has better clue?
Congratulations!!! I'm so glad for you!
Mine is MA non-RIR EB3 transferred to DOL Sept. 25, and entered into the system Oct. 6. It's been exactly two years from my priority date now. I've got all my I-485 done, just waiting for the labor to be certified. Actually, I almost gave up! But by...
Non-RIR, 9/2004
I just checked the immigration.com processing time, and found out for non-RIR is processing September cases, that's encouraging!!! I think the processing time from immigration.com is more accurate! But we really don't know how fast they are going to process. I really hope they...
Non-RIR still in August? It's so disappointing! My non-RIR was transfered to DOL in September, at that time, my lawyer told me it would take 5 to 7 months for DOL to get it clear. Now I believe he is right!
Sorry, I don't have this kind of experience. But to play safe, no matter what's going on for your LC, renew your 7th year H1 is not a bad idea. Good luck!
1. (617)788-0152, M/W/F 9am-12pm, there should be somebody to answer the phone, and you will be able to know when they put your case in the system and your DOL case number. But I could not reach the lady recently.
2. (617)788-0171, it should be working, but it rings forever...
Good luck!
Unfortunately, it doesn't work for the past a couple of weeks. I keep trying calling them M/W/F mornings, just could not reach "the nice lady" anymore. The automatic line has been down for a long time, actually, it was only been working for a few weeks as my understanding. But I will keep trying...
Sorry, I know nothing about the visa nos. But I think if you want to change emplyer, you have to get your I-140 approved and your I-485 has been filed more than 6 months. At least currently, the I-140 is not very slow, which is encouraging.
1. I have no idea how long it will take, but it won't be very fast by current processing speed, has to be more than two months.
2. I am not sure either. I think there is no application go for SWA from Jan. but for DOL, I don't know.
3. You will be very lucky if you get approved and will...
I agree with Jifjef. Our anxiety just drives us crazy. During this season, let us just push all these off, and giving thanks and our appreciations to God and people around us. Everything is in His hand and in His time!
