No Title I dont know what you mean by H1 expired ??? You need to have the H1 Approval to work legally in US. If you mean your Visa expired in the passport then its fine. If not, you sure have problem. My visa had expired in the passport but I had received the approval for the H1 extension... -

Employment letter Notarized
Hi, can anyone pls tell me If I need to have the employment letter notarized for consular processing interview. I have interview scheduled in FEB. If yes (MUST), can this be done in India and how many copies do I need to carry with me. Thnks
