    No Title I am assuming that you got RFE. As long as the emp letter states that they are going to pay the salary mentioned in LC once your GC is approved, then you will be fine.

    No Title I don\'t think that is true. My case was rfe\'d less than one month after I finished my FP. This is the detail: fp March 8th, rfe raised : April 6th.

    No Title Your profile matches with mine. I also received a call from lawyer this morning stating that rfe were for employer letter and last two month\'s pay stubs. He also mentioned that I should expect approval right after submitting rfe.

    No Title When I called VSC last friday I was told that it may take 20 days for a RFE to be sent out from the date rfe is requested by an officer. It\'s due to the internal typing backlog ? Thought my typing is slow. Don\'t think it will take that long.
