PD July 1998 RD/ND Oct 15/21 1999 EB2 FP 03/07/2001 RFE
received on Apr 4th ,(my lawyer received ) for Employment letter ,salary,duty and prospect of future employment.
I have no idea why VSC is asking all these as I have been working with the company for the past 3 and 1/2 years.
I do not know when it is going to be over.

My ND is 29 DEc 99 FP 3-15-01, my copany ma lay me off next month, I wanted to know what is this iio and what is the number how can i check my status.

ND 10/99, FP 3/3, I do not know the actual REF date. Lawyer sent an email to my boss and he sent a letter to my lawyer on 4/4/2001. Lawyer sent to INS on the same day. Hopefully,it is now with INS. The INS asked for employment letter only.
