My message also says - It is taking between 365 to 540 days to process this kind of request but sinc Can anyone explain what this means and when we can hope to get approved?

Thanks in advance for any input you may have for my question!: How long does it take for INS to acknowledge receipt of RFE documentation after it is mailed to them? Even 3 weeks after I got the RFE, my AVM message still says the standard "Your application...was received.....365days etc)...

No Title thanks for the info. btw i somehow managed to trace the original fp notices. Is it necessary to go for fp during the 1 week time interval they provide? Is it possible to go earlier than the date assigned? thanks once again and good luck to you guys.
