I heard it on AVM. Any idea when I can get it and when replied how much more time? If it is for empl. letter, I applied for A 140 in May, can I call them and take the empl letter from the A I 140?
I hope it is only ordinary RFE for empl. letter.
 
I received an RFE too

My ND 10/99 . I first received an RFE in May asking for an employment letter. My company was taken over by another company so the employment letter was on the new letter head. Which lead to my case being put on hold. On July 2nd they started processing my case again and again an RFE was generated on 18th July. They want an employment letter AGAIN and also a form G xx which basically contains our biograhical info. I don\'t know what\'s going on. Have to talk to my lawyer today.
 
RFE Recd.

I received RFE yesterday by mail. In fact they sent a copy to me and one to lawyer.
It is for standard Empl. letter and 3 paystubs. Also make sure that thye have your latest address.
So people, keep 3 paystubs handy, that is the best you can do right now. And also ask company to keep a letter ready about Date of hire, present duties, salary and job title.
BTW I got Receipt for A I 140 . Will try to call them and explain the empl letter is already there in A I140 folder.

I haven\'t got anything about my RFE. No receipt for A-140 also. Will keep you guys posted.
