No Title I filed I-140 in Aug 2000; was approved in Nov 2000; it is under EB2 NIW category. Hope this helps. BTW I don\'t have wife and children to go on a cruise.

Looks good I suggest you file EB2 NIW or have your large company get labor cert for you. Either way you should be fine.
