It seems quite quiet for FP lately.

How can we keep Ciba\'s FP tracking list alive? Are FP batched? Have seen quite a few FP notices having later ND than mine. Came home empty handed everyday. Guess it will come we I get desparate someday. Best of luck for all of us! Ahoy

Just curious. Why do people care about the platic card that much? Simply do not understand! (*_*). I would not care about the card as long as I get the stamp.

waiting for I-485 approval for more than an year

First thing I would do is: call CSC and find out whether my finger print record is there. If the finger print is there (found with WAC instead of A#). I would ask my lawyer to fax an inquery.

Very Urgent--Any body is using 180 Days Rule

You can use your EAD for the time being and work. You may work for any employer for the time being and hope that you are NOT approved within the 180-day limit (believe it or not). Then you will be OK to use the 180 day rule as long as the new employer (at the time of the appoval) has a job for...

Track FP notice receive time for Primary applicant and dependent

Seems to me --->>>> Last Name matters!! From what I have read and seen, it is very possible that FP are batched in blocks of last names, i.e.: last name from A to D, E to H, etc. It may also be true that cases for the past a few months (03/01 and 04/10) are blended and treated together. Too...

    Unemployment benefits

Usually the states require you to apply within 1 year period of time since your layoff. It might be too late if your Oct. 2000 was stated correctly. I wish it was Oct. 2001. Better double check with the state government. You are entitled to the "BENEFITS" from the insurance...
