My Response to RFE received by USCIS on 4/22. There has been LUD Change on 4/22, 4/25, 4/27.. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

fatpig is PP stamped, it means service centers have that information. They stamp PP only looking after their information realted to particular A#.

What if we make 2-3 appointment without approval letter and letter cancel them. Any problem?

Was it earliest possible available appointment? Or you selected 2nd week of may? Do you really need Approval letter for getting an appointment? (If somebody is sure to get approval in 2-3 weeks, it is really helpful. I think we can cancel it if we do not receive it. ) Thanks in Advance

Added Myself I have added myself and moved all approved ones on top and formated date columns and added one more column for Days after RFE Submitted.

Add affidavits also I also got marriage RFE. Besides all these documents, my lawyer had asked me to send 3 affidavits. He had sent me that format. I am attaching that. It is signed by citizen/GC holder that they knew you as husband and wife. It certainly has good impact. Good Luck.

I also got same RFE Actually I got couple of RFEs and one of them is proof of marriage. If diffrence between your marriage date and I485 filing date is less than 2 years USCIS normally issue this RFE.
