Marriage Bonafide RFE need Help!!

Guys,

I got an RFE for marriage is Bonafide. They have asked for some specific documents to prove this.

One of the document is, Tax filings for the last 3 years. My attorney said, you should send Fed,State and City tax filings with your and your wife's signatures.

I filed my taxes Electronically with e-file. I do not have the copies with both our signatures.

Is e-file copy just fine?.

I appreciate your inputs.
 
E-filed copies are fine.

All they want to see is your and your wifes name together on some documents. Other documents you could use are your house/apartment lease, joint bank accounts statements , joint credit card bills and utility bills that show your and your wifes name together.
 
Add affidavits also

I also got marriage RFE.

Besides all these documents, my lawyer had asked me to send 3 affidavits. He had sent me that format. I am attaching that.

It is signed by citizen/GC holder that they knew you as husband and wife. It certainly has good impact.

My attorney suggested to get 2 affidavits from my Father and Father -in-Law.

He wanted to make sure people who give affidavits are present in my wedding.

Attorney also asked me to send Pictures of Wedding.
