You only get approved if your fingerprints have been taken by the INS and cleared by the FBI. In summary no approval without fingerprint clearance

I think all Service centers (CSC,VSC,TSC,NSC) have already implemented the security check procedures. Remember we didn\'t have any approval at CSC for about three weeks.

joelyen Sorry to hear that, but I think LC is company specific unless you\'re at the I485 stage with an application which has been pending for at least 180 days from the Receipt date. In this case reusability of the LC is clearly allowed by the law as long as you find a new job with duties...
