mine got transferred too details nd 01/011/01 eb2 india VSC to Philly transfer on oct 16th. I don\'t know why they are doing this. No body is able to guess why because this is supposed to be rare. Lets keep in touch and see how it goes.

yes we are like slaves The INS does not care how our lives are affected by such unreasonable processes. What are the details of your case, any medical/job related issues?? just trying to make some sense of this whole thing.

abci at least you\'re helpful no one else has responded... I have not seen any philly cases either. My lawyer is avoiding me and that is so frustraitng. why do you think this happened to me only?? Any info will be helpful.

hi sssgopal did you get an interview date yet. I have not. My case was transferred on oct 15th. what I have heard about the time it takes to get an interview call is scary. Many months.

sorry just saw this today My case has been transferred to philly on 15th of october 2001. No call for interview yet. Any idea how long this nightmare will last. Lets keep in touch since we\'re in the same boat.
