How did you find out? was the AVM updated?
can you also please tell me if you changed jobs or address or anything?
Also which country

absolutely devastated eb2 India
did not change jobs in the moddle of teh process

can you give me your ideas/thoughts on this please
 
wow..u are a Jan guy.

I really cant understand why they tranfer some case which look straightforward.
I think it is just a random process....Philly is new..i have seen only Arlington/baltimore or Newyark..try in immitracker and older messages on this board.

All the best.i think maximum another 2 months...you will get approved.

I have not seen any philly cases either. My lawyer is avoiding me and that is so frustraitng. why do you think this happened to me only??

Did the AVM message change from "case received on jan 11...." to "transfered"
OR
"case not found" to "transfered".

Thanks for posting your info! and again good luck. Philly has one of the best local INS office. I think you have a maximum of another three months wait for approval. However, inquire with the local INS office periodically untill you get the interview notice.
 
I was transfered to newark last friday 10/12

So far no notices, no mail - nothing. We are like leprous here.

The INS does not care how our lives are affected by such unreasonable processes.

What are the details of your case, any medical/job related issues?? just trying to make some sense of this whole thing.
 
I find 3 dark spots in my life.

1. I got ticket and paid fine for playing basketball after sunset in township sport park. I checked guilty box in I-495 application.
2. I am russian, but I was born in one of former Soviet Union Central Asia republic. You can see name of this republic on CNN every 15 minutes now.
3. I am the unlucky one.
 
atleast u have some idea where you are going...U will get approved in 2 months

My case is worse...AVM plays the same message....No RFE or transfer or approval.

Personally i feel Transfer to local office is safer& faster then RFE.
Atleast on the interview date you will get your GC 99.99%.

IF RFE..the process pulls on with no time limit!
