I really cant understand why they tranfer some case which look straightforward.
I think it is just a random process....Philly is new..i have seen only Arlington/baltimore or Newyark..try in immitracker and older messages on this board.
All the best.i think maximum another 2 months...you will get approved.
I have not seen any philly cases either. My lawyer is avoiding me and that is so frustraitng. why do you think this happened to me only??

Did the AVM message change from "case received on jan 11...." to "transfered"
OR
"case not found" to "transfered".
Thanks for posting your info! and again good luck. Philly has one of the best local INS office. I think you have a maximum of another three months wait for approval. However, inquire with the local INS office periodically untill you get the interview notice.
1. I got ticket and paid fine for playing basketball after sunset in township sport park. I checked guilty box in I-495 application.
2. I am russian, but I was born in one of former Soviet Union Central Asia republic. You can see name of this republic on CNN every 15 minutes now.
3. I am the unlucky one.
