Thanks. It's in your I-140 approval. If your company sponsored your GC, then it is EB2 or 3. Not NIW or Outstanding Researcher or Extraordinary Ability... jsmith is EB1a(Extraordinary Ability) and he iwas transferred - I just want to see if there is a pattern here.
