Good news on my way came and 9.30 am MST OUR I-485s got approved! Wonderful feeling after oldies liek eb1doc, nsceb1,pamit,nikka , mr gc2004 approvals i became anxious for my decision...and here it comes.............great. thanks to all for this great forum. thanks to eb1doc for guiding me...

looks like NSC is getting close!!! my friend whos PD is NOV 2004 from NSC got his approval on FRIDAY!!! ALL THE BEST GUYS!! KEEP FINGER CROSSED and keep us updated!

two of our buddies from NSC eb1-or who got recent approvals pamit was PD may2004 (march last week approval) bhakum was PD july 2003..............trends indicates that NSC is working on july-sep 2005 cases now and i guess all of us who have oct-nov 2004 dates will start getting final response...

thats interesting! i got to hera at infopass appointemn that name check is cleared and congressional enquiry told me they are ready to review my case i never got any LUD hope fully it cleared

me too! oct 2004 although they said name check cleared but no sign of progress!! yes it is frustrating!

its nice to see so many developments but honestly i feel NSC has not reache dto stage where they (officers) are looking into oct-nov 2004 cases. TSC is doing better on the front. many of NSC guys are just waiting!!!

This is pretty standard error now a days centers are doing in emailing you updates (which looks like approval).....so answer is its not approval ...just an update that they did something with your application..........

rule says center shd respond to congressional enquiry within 30 days!!!
