I\'m on H-4 my wife on H-1. My wife will change her job so she will do a H-1 to H-1 transfer. Do I need to re-apply H-4? thanks.

No Title Roopa: as I understand your case, you had H-4 before your husband changed his job; then he changed his job and you didn\'t renew your H-4. Was this your case? Then I will have the same problem. The lawyer told me I didn\'t have to re-apply H-4 when my wife changed her job.

No you can\'t However I heard many people go to Cuba through Canada. But don\'t forget to ask Cuba authourity not to stamp your passport. Also don\'t buy too much Cuba goods. If US custom asks, you have to approve you buy them in Canada.

According to my lawyer.. PR receiving public assistance can be deported. Is unemployment benefit a kind of public assistance???

When you people said "adjudicated" or "got green card", does it ... mean I485 approval or passport stamping or got plastic card?
