My lawer told me that he filed my case for 7 year extention on Feb 25, 2005. I knew the case# and checked it online time to time . Finally I got this:

In my case I applied for the 7 months first what was the reminder of the 6 year limit.
Next I applied for the 1 year extention. It took just 20 days to get this extention.
