    No Title How about this theory: All IIOs are busy issuing FP notices or transferring cases to local INS (those are the two actions most popularlately). Once they are through with that, they will get back to the normal process of approving / genarting RFEs

    No Title INS usually asks for pay stubs or at the most tax returns. I don\'t think they ever ask for W-2s

    No Title Do as the AVM says... Wait for two weeks and then call them again if you still haven\'t received the approval notice. 5 days after approval is a bit short to expect the paper notice in your mailbox.

    Can we get RFE after FP?

    No Title After about a week of your fingerprinting, call up FBI ( 304-625-5590 Mon-Fri 8am-9pm Select #4) and check status for the FP using your Alien#. You can very well expect to receive RFE after FP. The actually processing takes place after FP approval has been received by INS.
