EB1-B case, RD was 10/2002. I don't know what the RFE can be. My sistuation is a little bit complicated since my salary was decreased by 27% though I worked for the same employer. I am so worried about this. Anyone had the same experience before? I appreciate your input.

EB1-1 or EB1-2? I have a friend, his RD was around 4/2002. 10/2003 , his case was transfered to local office, and on 3/23/04, it was approved after interview. His case is EB1-1.

Our EAD will expire on 12/23 this year. He wants to renew his EAD, but I am on H1, so I don't want to renew mine. It is me who applied 140 and 485. Is this ok that he renew EAD but I don't? Any information will be appreciated.
