How many EB-1 485 pending in 2001

After reached Rupnet and found out there were only 2 approval for 2001 EB1 485 case in 2004. One is Oct 01 and one is Nov 01.

There are still a lot of EB-1 485 cases of 2001 pending.

I am one of them.

After 27 months case got transferred to boston. Now waiting for further information. Is EB1 getting more interviews?

My wife and I are waiting, I'm the primary.

Application date is Oct 2001, Receipt date Dec 6 2001, FP1 Apr 2002, FP2 Nov 17 2003, RFE1 Jan 2003, RFE2 June 2003. H1B May 2000, EAD1 Jul 2002, EAD2 Dec 2003.

My wife RD Feb 25 2002, FP1 Jun 5 2002, FP2 Nov 17 2003.

I submitted many inquiries, they never responded to my inquiries or to the lawyer's inquiries.

I contacted the congressman, they responded to him that security checks are taking time.

God! I'm fed up !

Can we just do anything?

EB1-1 or EB1-2?

I have a friend, his RD was around 4/2002. 10/2003 , his case was transfered to local office, and on 3/23/04, it was approved after interview. His case is EB1-1.

I am stuck. RD 01/14/2002, ND 01/25/2002 FP1 03/06/2002 and now scheduled FP2 03/30/2004. I do not know how long more is the wait.
