Well that\'s how murthy makes his bread and butter. Not just him, lawyers like the grey area. If everything was spelled out very clearly in the law, who would need these guys.

sorry for not stating the source. heard from my lawyer this morning.  

They are in training this week. Should start approvals next week.  

RD 7/12, EAD/AP in Oct, FP Nov 30, RFE on April 12. Did not change employer and work for Oracle. My lawyer says 8/10 people are getting RFE due to massive layoffs in the last 12 months. I hope that helps.

Eight out of Ten cases are being issued RFEs. This from my lawyer. I was issued one in Mid April and I responded to it last week. They give about 3 months to respond. They ask for one paystub per month from the day you filed your I485, w-2, letter from employer etc. I hope that helps.

answer to b_bad 1. The RFE was for w-2, pay-stubs for last few months since i485, proof of employment, proof that my company can pay my salary etc. 2. I received RFE on 4/12 and they received reply on 4/30. They never updated the AVM. Take care, you should be getting your approval by end...
