my 2 cents on rupnet there are some approvals with 2ND FP in april 2004. Hopefully we will start to see approvals with 2ND FP in May 2004 soon.

did no wish to dissappoint you But, i have not seen many approvals where fp2 was done after rfe was received. my rfe rd for 485 is 28 april, 2004 and 2fp is 18 june. i have gone through the agony you guys are going through and have finally stopped hoping that approval is coming soon.

maverick - FP - 2Fp probably did add to our delay. i hope our cases are not lost in the dark again because our fp had expired. I am still waiting to see a case approved quickly with fp taken after rfe was received by cis. NameCheck - Maybe they added more names to their namecheck database...
