The numbers can't get better for Nigeria this year because of the nonproportional relationship of successful interviews:
The more Nigerians discover this forum, the more the get hold of useful information, the more successful interviews (Visas) they have. Unfortunately this success means less...
The End
My dear Brothers and Sisters,
Before I get back to mainstream wahala here in Europe I want to use this opportunity to thank you all for your help.
Six weeks after the consular interview in Germany, my wife and myslef have both received the United States Green Card.
Unfortunately I...
Successful Entrance
My brothers and Sisters,
The success story continues; my wife and me went through POE in California with all flying colors of the American flag. I was asked just one casual question...what my job was. The rest was just standard procedure; finger prints and signatures. I'm...
I took along everything including, my transcript, employment contract, pay slips...just everything on the list plus any other thing related to the list items.
They didn't ask for it but I gave it freely to make a case that I won't be a public charge.
Yes they asked me but I told him I was a...
Diversity Dressing
Davall you are going in for a diversity visa interview. My experience in Europe and America generally is that presenting yourself in your natura, i.e. native dresses, would be more interesting. Don't forget you have to represent Nigeria in America. That is the primary...
Validity of Immigrant Visa
Immigrant visa is valid for 6 months and not 1 year. Upon endorsement at the POE it will serve as a temporary "Green Card" and will be valid for 1 year.
Aganwoko, I truely don't like the progress of cutoff numbers for Nigeria. It is very slow. Reasons may include; many more winners are being successful, many are presenting one or more derivatives etc. In other word the great success of those with low numbers may end up hurting others with...

successful interview
All, Nelly, yes the interview went well. If you have "clean" documents you should be alright. I believe in God so I think He also helped me
My interview was quite interesting. I'm so busy at work now but I'll try to give details to the forum by weekend.
Hey you forum...
Any mistake can be corrected if you know the mistake. If you win, inform KCC of the mistake. Whether or not KCC will accept, I can't say. All I know is that your DATE OF BIRTH is as important as your NAME.
:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
even if I were the interviewer I wouldn't be able to give you an honest answer to the question. Go to the interview, present your 4 credits+diploma and be ready to take in very tough questions, especially on what you know best. You may have to prove that you can make it in the...
Debbie, if you include your American citizen child on your entry you will be disqualified.
Go to DV-Instructions under FAQ and check out Q11:
Q11. WHAT FAMILY MEMBERS MUST I INCLUDE ON MY ENTRY?
A11. ...all unmarried children under 21 years of age, with the exception of children who are...
I got it wrong. I'm sorry
Bahadur you are CORRECT, I was WRONG. I'm sorry for the wrong explanation. You see, its never too late to learn. I've been in this forum since April'07 and today I know the true meaning of "CURRENT".
I now see why KCC repeatedly asked those with NL to act fast...
CURRENT means the cutoff number published for last month is applicable for "current" month.
When you see "current" in bulletin for July it means the cutoff number that was published in June ist "current" or applicable in july.
I'm sorry to say that I don't believe that. Last year the last number for Africa was 35.500. So how come this your friend from Cameroon obtained a DV visa with a number greater 50.000?
