as far as i know, you need physical copy with you to travel on AP, as visa is not needed to enter the country based on AP.

my 2 collegues have got their FP apointment from NSC scheduled on 7/7/07. their RD is 6/4/07 and application was sent on 31st May. another one from same batch with RD 6/4 @ NSC didnt get his FP yet. Others from TSC have got it on various dates in July.

I also got my AP approved on Jun 26th, my FP is scheduled for Jul 11, so they dont need FP for AP approval. FP only needed for EAD and AOS.

gcjagadam sorry to say, but if the AOS application didnt reach before 30th June, it wont be accepted till the visa numbers are available again for gievn PD. According to revised July bulletin all EB numbers are unavailable.

Most of the states (except guys in CA,TX,VA,MD,NJ,NY) were way ahead of 2002 PD before the retrogression happened, he must have applied for his 485 during that time concurrently.

Chhaya, Can you please verify that the SRC XX number you entered is correct. It sounds too good to be true.

AP I131 approved for self. :) Got LUD and email saying that my I131 is approved today. That was quick. Yesterday i got my FP notices as well scheduled for July 11th. See more details in signature.

Got Receipt Notices and FP notice My case was sent on May 31st to NSC, Lawyer got the receipt notices for me and my wife on 6/23. I got the FP notice by mail on 6/25 for both of us. the Date on FP is of 7/11. More details in signature.

my co sent docs on 31st may to reach by 1st june to NSC. I havent got any status on receipt yet. not sure about checks, as it was co checks. Most my case will be xferred to TSC as my 140 was approved from there.

yup agreed, there are quite a few ppl waiting esp from NJ NY VA and a few from TX CA etc. But for the ppl who didnt had much issue with Labor and it was cleared early they were lucky to have their GC processed early. All i meant was that pre mid 02 cases are less in eb3 category. I feel sorry...

Regarding AP, my Laywer and many others in this board suggested to keep your H1 status and travel on h1. As far as i know after once you enter the contry using AP you lose your h1 status [gurus comment please]. Dut to the volume of cases AP may take somewhat longer, usually it takes 3 months...
