You are right My one year's observation told me so. One year ago, my case should be approved, but not. After that, nobody want to touch it. Anybody who was not approved/RFEed in the time frame shall be aware of this kinda luck.

things are getting worse this week. The IIO said they are following guidlines, so I have to wait more than 100 days after my finger done. I told her that my case is two year old, she still insisted I wait another 100 days or so.

update Every week I check this case in oblivion with IIO, and the result as of today is still "not with an officer yet.".

macho yes, I do today, you can check my post under ND2000. btw, I happened to make a mistake and check 0210653121 status. so 02001 is not that fast. 106 is approved.

frodo As of today, my case is still on the shelf. my nd is nov 2000. There is somebody with aug00 date pending. who know what's going on in nsc. I think every material is OK with my case.

case status as of today ... me: "Would you please tell me my case status, being assigned to an officer, or on the move, or on the shelf?" IIO: "Still on the shelf." me: "Since it is long overdued, can we do something to push it?" IIO: "No." ... waiting_for_ins, aknsc, anything new to share?

iamhero An examiner is an officer, an IIO is an officer too. but for us who are waiting for the final stage, examiner may be the very officer our cases will go thru.

update I called this early morning. It was the fastest one. The second call went thru and I waited for only one minute. The IIO said they have all my three finger prints on file. But my case has not yet sent to an officer and I have to wait one month or so. She has no clue when will it be...
