:) on march to 4/11 my company has 3 cases on the same date for 4/11. i am getting anxious now as mine is among the first 20 or so cases in 4/11 :). should have something by next week it seems. .. so long :) rahul .

how does it matter ? i am trying to understand something, even if it takes another 6 months for the april 2003 applications to get certified what difference does it make, I140 process or 485 is not getting any faster, if it clears labor, it goes and piles up elsewhere. as long as 140 and 485...

personally i am happy that my case 4/11 stayed with SFO DOL. i am sure april cases will be picked up soon, i can't imagine what would have happened if the cases would have been sent to BEC, i am not sure when they are even going to start processing those cases, it looks like a bigger mess to me...
