Friends Applied in Jan 2002 at Missourie SWA under RIR, but DOL rejected RIR and Remanded to State. So it is Non-RIR now. Received 45 day letter from Dallas BEC on 4/18/05. So Dallas BEC has started sending 45 day letters for SWA cases.
