Don't go too early for Fingerprints
I have heard that White Eagle isn't as accomodating now for people turning up for fingerprinting too early. However, if you go at a time and day when they are not superbusy, he will help.
My advice - go upto a week in advance of your notice. Not too early.

I consulted with my attorney on the same issue. I suppose your's was an RFE on employment too. If you answered their question, you are home free.
