Is the follwoing the standard message you see after you send the RFE?

"On May 20, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."

I haven't see the following update two and four days following the first day update. Is it for everyone?

My case:
EB2 NIW cocurrent filing
ND 10/2002
REF 5/3/04 Employment
REF received 5/20

We both are in same boat. The same message I see against my case.


Did you get 2nd FP ? Could you please give me your FP particulars. My Fp expired. But still I did nt receive my FP. Just I want to know what is going on
at NSC

First FP Jan 29, 2003.
RFE received by CIS 04/28/2004. (online date changed 04/29, 05/03)
2FP Received : 05/17/2004
2FP taken - 05/18/2004 ( 20 days after rfe received)

Took me almost 20 days to receive fp after rfe received. Hang on guys,
you should be receiving it shortly ..

Did they schedule your FP on 5/18 or you went before the schedule date ?. Could you please elaborate about FP notice ? At which centre did you give your FP?
