As part of the approval notice I was notified to bring "Arrival/Departure card", sorry for the ignorence but isn't that my latest I-94 (the white card stapled to my passport) ? What other documents do I need to bring ? Thanks

I have just got my I-485 approval and it states that as part of the stamping process I will need to fill up an I-89 form. Does anybody knows what is this form and what details do I need to fill up in it ? Thanks Losh
