Anyone whose I-130(IR) application was transferred
from TSC to NSC and got the approval from NSC, can you
please update. Most people think the transfer will
speed up the processing.
It seems the transferred cases are processed based on the
old TSC receipt date.
TSC is currently processing Jan 2. 2002. Suddenly TSC
processing time has started moving rapidly.

Most likely, the processing will be faster.
I think the purpose of transferring cases is to expedite
processing. If someone whose case was transferred and
completed fast, can please share experience. that
will be helpful.

NOW USCIS has a permamnent director and hopefully starting
October 1, I-I130 (IR) will move steadily at TSC.

letters/petitions so TSC puts some priority to
I-130 (IR) cases to reduce the huge backlog.
