no As per my lawyer, there is no harm at all in calling IIO as long as u don't abuse them over the phone. It's perfectly justified in knowing the case status, especially when it's long overdue as in ur case.

Bobby I actually mailed around the 8th of November. So, I gave it more than 2 months, but this holiday season is bothering me. If it's not through by middle of december, than it's real touch and go for me. Damn it .
