Hem, I'm sure I'll have the same problem, I don't even remember what name I used to fill out the visa app for my wife. I believe it should be OK, since you have both names in the PP for the immigration officer (at port of entry) to verify. Subbu

rg1394, I'm not sure how you asked for the 'DC date' (they have no clue about this particular phrase). Give them your pp no (and last name) and ask them if your pp has reached DC and when it reached DC. The date it reached DC and gets entered into the system is the so called 'DC Date'...
